I spy a pinecone, an acorn, a bell,
A harmonica, two hammers, six 9-volts as well,
A roll of blue tape, 2 flashlights, a hat,
A three-sided ruler, and a soldering mat.
I spy some iodine, a coil gun, three knives,
A copper Space Needle, bacteria that thrives,
A pair of blue swim trunks, some money I'll take,
A glue gun, 5 candy-canes, and a trick rubber snake.
I spy some goggles, a labeler, an eyepatch,
A mandala, a key-chain, and a bright-yellow stopwatch,
A record, an arrow, an American flag,
5 amethysts, a quartz, and two little green bags.
(Note: all the items in this poem come straight off my brother's desk.)
