How we act becomes part of how we speak and write. Emojis were invented to show expressions in text, because expressions, like adverbs, change the meaning of what we say. As do gestures. When someone pushes their glasses up their nose after they've made a point, or after they're right, then that gesture becomes a piece of punctuation. When someone increases the curve of their posture and tilts their head upwards when they're angry or they feel they're pride has been hurt, this is part of their speech, too, and communicates more than words could - if the guilty party knows the insulted party's body language well enough.
Do your characters have certain gestures or facial expressions that they use in certain situations, that are unique to them? I bet they do. Everyone does.

Hello, fellow writers! I love it when we can inspire each other and help one another grow. With this in mind, keep it friendly and on-topic.
Have a great day! ;)
